Varsity Lettering Standards

1.  Meet the lettering Standards, listed below.

2.  Score in at least 3 Varsity meets

3.  The coach reserves the right to letter any athlete who fails to meet one of the above criteria based on her work ethic, attitude and sportsmanship.

4.  The coach reserves the right to deny any athlete her letter if major school rules are broken or the honor and integrity or the track team and LSNHS are compromised.  You must be in good standing with the school and team to obtain your letter.  All unifomrs and equipment must must be turned in at the end of the year or the letter will be withheld.

Junior Varisty Lettering Standards

1.  Score in one Varisty meet or at least 3 sub varsity meets.

2.  Numbers 4 and 5 apply to Junior Varisty letter as well.
